Whether it’s for indoor or outdoor use, our signs can be installed on walls, ceilings, rooftops, or any location with an electrical connection.
The Process:
Design & Approval: We work closely with you to design the perfect LED sign and provide a visual mockup for your approval. Once you’re happy with the design, we move to production.
Production:
The first step is CNC router or laser cutting to form the shape and components of the sign.
We then build the sides and returns of the sign’s housing.
For the face of the sign, we offer two options:
Routed face: The logo or letters are cut out from solid material, allowing only these elements to light up.
Full face illumination: Made from opal acrylic and overlaid with translucent vinyl, so the entire face of the sign lights up.
LED Installation: Once the structure is ready, we install the LEDs and make the necessary electrical connections to the power supply.
Testing & Quality Check: After assembly, we thoroughly test the LEDs and perform a quality control check to ensure everything meets our high standards.
Installation: Once the sign passes inspection, we schedule a date for professional installation by our team. Please note that connection to the main electrical supply must be done by a certified electrician.
